At The Probate Concierge, we understand that every family’s situation is unique, and the scope of our services can vary greatly. As a result, we do not offer standardized pricing. However, we provide the following general guidelines:

• Hourly-Based Services: For tasks involving technical work such as landscaping, repairs, archiving, and inventories, pricing is determined on an hourly basis depending on the scope and complexity of the work required.

• Commission for Property Sales: In cases where the probate process concludes with the sale of a property, we charge a commission of 4.5% of the sale price. This commission covers our comprehensive support and commitment throughout the entire probate process.

• Personalized Estimates: If the property is not sold as part of the probate process, we will provide a personalized estimate for the cost of our intervention based on the services rendered.
